If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item within 30 days for a full refund—no questions asked. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will process your refund for the full purchase price. Please note that shipping charges are only refundable if the item was damaged upon arrival or sent in error by us.
Returning a Product
You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item, provided it remains in its original condition. FishAndRoad.store will cover return shipping costs only if the product was defective or incorrectly shipped.
Important Return Guidelines:
- A Return Authorization is required before sending back any items. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be processed.
- To request a Return Authorization, email [email protected] with your original order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization form along with return shipping instructions. Please include this form inside your return package.
- Make sure to securely package the item before shipping it to the designated return address.
- We strongly recommend using FedEx, UPS, or Insured Parcel Post with tracking to ensure safe and verifiable delivery.
Product Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please place a new order for the desired product and return the original item for a refund. Once your return is processed, we will notify you via email regarding your refund. Please note that shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to an error on our part.
