U.S. Shipping Information

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Standard delivery times range between 25-30 days, depending on your location and shipping method.
  • We ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS, determined at our discretion.

Tracking Your Package

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided in your confirmation email. You can also find it by logging into your account and reviewing your order details. Simply paste the tracking number into Google for quick updates.

What to Do If Your Package Is Lost, Delayed, or Damaged

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If tracking shows your package as delivered, but you can’t locate it:

  • Check for a delivery attempt notice.
  • Look around the delivery area.
  • Verify if someone else accepted the package.
  • Wait until the end of the following day, as updates may take time.

If tracking is not updating, contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, you may return it for a full refund according to our Return Policy.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping via FedEx International Priority, USPS International Priority, or USPS International First Class. Shipping costs and available options will be provided upon order placement. Your order will be held until you approve the shipping fees.

Customs & Delivery Time

  • All international orders must have their full value declared on customs forms.
  • Standard international shipping takes 3-8 days, but certain destinations may experience delays of up to a month.
  • Customers are responsible for tracking lost or delayed shipments with their respective customs offices. Claims for lost packages can only be made 45 days after shipment.

Important Payment Information

We will pre-authorize your credit card for an estimated shipping cost based on your country. This is not an actual charge—only an authorization. When the order is shipped, the correct amount will be charged, and any additional authorization will be adjusted accordingly. If shipping costs exceed the pre-authorized amount, a second charge will be applied to cover the balance.

Product Returns

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • FishAndSave will cover return shipping only for damaged or incorrectly shipped products.

Important Note:

Before returning any item, you must request a Return Authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be processed.

To initiate a return, please contact us and include your order number to receive a return shipping label.

Exchanges

We do not process direct product exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, you must:

  1. Place a new order for the preferred product.
  2. Return the unwanted item for a refund.

Once we receive and process your return, we will notify you via email about your refund. Please note, shipping costs can only be refunded if the return was due to an error on our part.

Redeeming your FishAndSave Rewards is simple! Log into your account, navigate to the REWARDS! section at the top of the homepage, and select "Redeem Rewards" to claim your savings. Copy the generated coupon code and apply it at checkout to enjoy your discount.

Changing Your Email

Each account is linked to a unique email address. If you need to update your email, you have two options:

Updating Your Shipping & Billing Information

To change your shipping address, log in and go to View Addresses on the right side of your account page. Click "Add Address" to enter new shipping details. You can also update your shipping address during checkout.
