Shipping policy
U.S. Shipping Costs & Estimated Delivery Times
We strive to process all orders within 1-3 business days. The time it takes for your order to reach you typically ranges between 20 to 30 days, depending on your shipping address and the chosen shipping method. Orders are dispatched using FedEx, UPS, or USPS, based on our discretion.
Expedited Shipping Option
For most U.S. orders, customers can opt for Expedited Shipping at checkout. This ensures that orders are processed within one business day and shipped via Ground or Priority services only. With this option, we guarantee that your package will not be shipped via First-Class, Media Mail, SurePost, or SmartPost—services that may extend delivery times significantly. Please note that this expedited processing is only available for orders with verified payments. If payment verification is delayed, we cannot ensure next-day shipping.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be assigned if applicable. You’ll receive this tracking number via your shipment confirmation email. You can also find it by logging into your account and reviewing your order history. To track your package, simply click on the tracking link provided or copy and paste the tracking number into the carrier's website (links provided below). Additionally, you can enter the tracking number into Google for quick search results.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If Your Package is Lost or Delayed
If tracking information indicates your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it:
- Check for a delivery attempt notice
- Inspect the area around your delivery location
- Ask neighbors or household members if they accepted the package on your behalf
- Allow up to the next business day, as sometimes tracking updates show delivery before the package actually arrives

If Your Order Arrives Damaged
If your package is damaged upon arrival, you are eligible for a full refund in accordance with our Return Policy.

International Shipping Information
For customers outside the U.S., we offer shipping through FedEx International Priority, USPS International Priority, or USPS International First-Class. Upon placing your order, we will inform you of the available shipping methods and their respective costs. Your order will remain on hold until you approve the shipping cost. Please note that any customs duties or additional import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
By law, FishAndRoad.store must declare the full order value on all international customs forms.
Estimated Delivery Times for International Shipments
Delivery times typically range from 3 to 8 days, depending on the shipping service used. However, some destinations may experience longer transit times of up to a month. It is the customer’s responsibility to check with their country’s customs office regarding any potential delays or lost shipments. Claims for lost packages can only be submitted after 45 days from the shipment date.
Pre-Authorization for International Shipping Costs
To ensure seamless processing, we pre-authorize your credit card for an estimated additional shipping charge, which varies by country. This is not an immediate charge but rather a temporary authorization. Once your order is ready to ship, we will adjust the final charge accordingly. If the pre-authorized amount does not fully cover the shipping cost, a secondary charge may be applied to your payment method. Any excess authorization will be removed when we finalize the payment.
